Summer Concert 2013: 'A Garland of Flowers'
Glees and partsongs on a floral theme including Britten’s Flower Songs in this his centenary year, featuring harpist Heather Wrighton. The concert was part of the Shipley Arts Festival.
Spring Concert 2013
This was a really pleasing programme which worked very well and, as we were performing in St Mary’s, was particularly appropriate for the day before Palm Sunday. The quality of singing was of a high standard, with good ensemble and a full and balanced sound, especially commendable as virtually the whole programme was unaccompanied.

Summer Concert 2012: Something a little different
We celebrated the Queen’s Jubilee with music from the two Elizabethan ages. The first era was represented by a selection of Madrigals whilst modern times were covered by texts of Shakespeare set to music by George Shearing and the Choral Dances from Britten’s opera Gloriana. This concert marked a departure from our usual format, firstly it was a supper Concert and secondly it was in a new venue, St John’s Church and Church Hall in Broadbridge Heath. The audience, and the Choir, seemed to enjoy the Concert, the food and the socialising afterwards.
We are likely to do this again for future Concerts – invite our audiences to join us 'afterwards' for a drink and get to know more about us! We hope you will enjoy this.
For our 2011-12 season we moved from our usual rehearsal venue of St Mary’s Junior School to a new one at St Leonards Church, Cambridge Road, RH13 5ED, just off the Brighton Road. This not only provides a better acoustic and piano, but also larger chairs to sit on, which is very much appreciated by the Choir! We rehearse each Thursday, 8 – 10pm, during term times.

Georgie joined our Choir!
We had great fun when BBC's roving weather girl Georgie Palmer joined our rehearsal of Zadok the Priest, for a slot on South Today. Ok so the sound quality isn't great, but Georgie was genuinely moved by the power of the singing. Stephen Buckman was the Choir's conductor at the time.
